Beavertail & John boat

I have a 1236 crestliner Jon boat, trailer, and 13 hp steel frame beavertail for sale. Boat has some patches but is water tight. Motor is like new and has low hours. I bought it 2 years ago from the local search and rescue department. I replaced the bearings and seals when I bought it since it hadn'...

Re: Pintail

Onamia was covered in Pintails this morning. I wouldn't say it was covered, but i saw a few out there Saturday, but nothing with much color. Looked like opening weekend out there Saturday. Every retard with a mud motor and a kazoo was there. It almost sounded like game fair. What happened to the da...

Re: Pintail

Thanks for the feedback from everyone. Gordy, she does hunt with me decent amount, but refuses to let me hunt with Internet strangers alone. She needs to be there with her 1911's or I'm not going! I'm not sure an outstate trip is in the budget this year, but we may just take a trip to Texas next fal...

Pintail

My wife has tasked me with finding a nice pintail for the wall. Can it be done in MN? I have shot many pintails in the past, but never one I would consider mount worthy. Is there a part of the state that would give me a better chance at one? I would assume the farther west I go the better my odds, b...

Re: Wild Rice Crop

The rice crop in Mille Lacs county took a big hit with the storms that came through a couple weeks ago. Tons of heavy rain and hail just as the rice was getting ripe knocked most of it to the bottom of the lake. Shuld be lots of duck food out there this year. The is alot of standing water in places ...

Re: Post a picture you took in the last week.

How did this clown get a booth at Game Fair? If your dog sticks his tounge in a dog-proof trap and gets caught, he was trying too hard. I feel bad for anyone whose dog gets killed by a trap, and I have lost a dog to a trap myself. This new anti-trapping kick by so called sportman is a shame, and I d...

Re: Anybody a Forced Induction Expert?

Have you tried scratching off that blue oval on the front? That will usually fix anything.

Re: Mille Lacs Regs

I am pumped about the spearing ban being lifted. That lake is full of pike, and there are a few decent ones in there. I wonder if they will let a guy have a "mistake" muskie or 3? In my opinion, that is where the state first went wrong with Mille Lacs. If there was room for another big pr...
