Re: Bear Attacks Hunter

To quote the old Gopher football coach Brewster.
"If you're going on a Bear Hunt, you have to be prepared to kill the Bear!"

Re: A duck dilemma: How many is too many?

On this issue I have hunted pretty much every opener for the last 20 years with my uncle on the same lake. I am now 33 and he is 60. He says the hunting has been the best ever on the lake the last 5 years. So good in his opinion 'we don't even need to go to North Dakota' He continues to think that t...

Re: Do you hunt in an area you need to watch out for houses?

Whether it is with landowners, idiot homeowners who think they have a right to something that they do not, or even other hunters...I hunt to enjoy myself and that means not having to look over my shoulder. To each the...

Re: Storm Rips Off Spies

The bigger question should be why we have a Harlequin duck on the MN duck stamp? It should only consist of species that travel through the state in decent populations. IMO.

But yes the painting is a rip off for sure, but seriously there are no more original ideas in the world anymore.

Re: Who Else Will Be Wearing Only a Speedo this Weekend?

It's opening day! Hunting will be good regardless of weather and who needs weather to move birds when you have plenty of other hunters to do that for you.

Re: Sunrise through thick fog welcomes young hunters

It seems like you might be better fit for DHC. Most of the guys over there don't know shyt about hunting but they are good at patting each other on the back. LOL! Its funny because its true. Its a great site if you are looking to show a stranger your spots and go on a man date with a some dude name...

Given the current environment in professional sports I wanted to test your fan knowledge with a quiz I saw this week. Here is a list of crimes. Are the perps from the NFL or the NBA? 36 accused of spousal abuse. 7 arrested for fraud. 19 accused of writing bad checks. 117 have directly or indirectly ...

Re: Bemidji...

Hutterites are nice but they breed their 13 year-olds and live a horribly bizarre and backwards way of life. I tip my hat to any of them that are strong enough to get out of their colony and live in the real world Yeah you have to wonder about 200 people living together that all have the same last ...
