Seems like the DNR would not allow this.

Keep pumping a million here and a million there into Christina and other waterfowl LAKES - usually works for say 2-3 years falls of off and then needs another million.

If Moist Soil Management idea failed - blame those that went in and made the pitch too.

DA has to hunt there. Remember when we parked his pickup camper on or near a WMA which was against the DNR overnight parking regs ? With tail between legs he goes back to the dead hole. Can't leave decoys out unattended, can't camp or park overnight on a DNR GMA, can't build a permanent deer stand.... but I can set large, unattended body gripping traps ?

Private land ... trappers get written permission or operate on their own land. I like that part too....
