Re: Texas Church Shooting

^^^^My wife got her PTC and it's given us a new hobby to participate in together. Prior I don't think she "got it" when it came to purchasing guns/parts/ammo/reloading stuff. She doesn't carry as often as I (nearly 100% of the time) but I sleep better, especially when I'm gone for work kno...

Re: Texas Church Shooting

I suspect I have a similar frame as you and had a tough time coneventioanlly hiding my G19. I snagged a M...

Re: Bro-Culture

^^^^ Just through my rose colored glasses but in my world, I see a lot of people making more money and having disposable income but much, much less time. So it's nothing for these guys to walk into a store and drop that kind of coin on sitka gear only to weaar it once or twice a year. Maybe it's a t...

Re: Party hunting for deer

Other than maybe my own kid at a young age, there is not a person that could talk me into tagging a buck for them. We're a 1 buck state and often I take that right down to the wire. That said I'm guessing if you poll'd 100 deer camps across the state, you'd get almost that many different answers. Bo...

Re: DNR Struggles To Incinerate Deer Carcasses

Oh, you've been able to shoot unlimited antlerless in the 601 "metro zone" for decades now. There have been countless times different zones have been intensive harvest where you could legally shoot five does, or one buck and four does, or whatever the fukc you want anywhere and everywhere...

Re: DNR Struggles To Incinerate Deer Carcasses

^^^ it started out somewhere in colorado sometime in the 60's. It's been around for a long long time with likely thousands of positive animals consumed unknowingly. I would guess... places harvesting urine for resale have some pretty stringent testing standards to ensure they're not contributing to ...

Re: DNR Struggles To Incinerate Deer Carcasses

What's the point of even asking hunters to pick a permit area when buying a deer license? It's totally meaningless. It doesn't limit the hunter....by forcing them to hunt in that area. I'm guessing (could be totally way off) it's to gauge hunter participation per zone What dumbass is going to say h...

I don't really care, as I don't participate in either but I'm certain that cranes and doves both happened prior to Landwehr under Mark Holsten? Somewhere in 2005-7ish?
