Re: You got OCD tendencies, too?

Well, I finally cut a hole in the garage ceiling to store stuff up there because I couldn't fit all my crap on the shelf and it turns out the drywall on the ceiling was doubled up. Cutting the hole in the ceiling to store stuff is a really bad idea. You have compromised the firewall between the gar...

Re: Bill proposes hike in duck stamp price

We have quite a few new WPAs or expanded WPAs in the last few years. One of the areas I hunt was expanded considerably. We saw 22 pheasants there Friday. The place is full of predators or there would be more.

Re: What kind of truck do you drive?

Auto ride is a beautiful thing I have only been in a few cars with it but it's nice, heard it's expensive for parts though Yes, I have replaced the pump and shocks. I think each was a $550 job. Only one of the shocks was bad, but I replaced them both. The service guy claims there was a deposit on t...

Re: What kind of truck do you drive?

If you take care of them they will last longer and stay stronger than a gas truck imo. But if you don't like the smell, noise or starting issues when it's cold, stick with gas. It used to be quite common to wear out an engine or at least require a valve job. I've wore out the tranny and rear end on...

Are you using the close range stuff? I tried a box of 3.5" #2 (the regular stuff) a few years ago. It patterned too tight for me and kicked like a mule.
