Re: Migration

Did a quick drive SW Metro last night. Still plenty of water open, shallow marshes have open pockets packet with birds. Only got down to 30 last night, with a good wind. The forecast is for 47 today, most water will open in the next few days. It's not over boys.

Re: Mn Busiest Gun Range....Mpls

When the liberals destroy prior lake I'll move to Montana's flathead valley. Went to a rodeo in Columbia falls this summer and they prayed before it started after the pledge of allegiance. Bat shit crazy liberals have about 50 years before they impact that area.

Re: Migration

What a you guys seeing for frozen water? I'm hunting SW metro and pockets of open water with ducks keep water open. Deeper fishing type lakes are open. Texted with a buddy who lives near blackduck. Re: Mn Busiest Gun Range....Mpls

I agree 100% about this statement. That's what BLM is accomplishing with their fight to end systemic racism.....a more racist and segregated country than any period of our lifetimes. I used to work downtown, technically I still do but haven't been down there since March. From what I've been told Nic...

Re: Migration

I agree. Places like Marshall, Benson, Slayton, Fairmont, etc will be locked in after this weekend with a few excpetions. Unless you're field hunting, have moving water or hunting SE MN your season might be over.

Re: Migration

After Tuesday temps start to warm up. I think SE MN could still be really good for several weeks. My last hunt in 2019 was November 29th. In Mid November we had epic cold, lows in single digits. It's not over yet in the state.

What's the betting line for the over/under on him shooting three ducks this season?

I'll take the under.

Re: Migration

It's a good thing the southern zone is open into December.

I've got a creek that stays open basically all year so not a big deal.
