If a farmer did moist soil and charged $50 to $150 a head.....had a few fields/impoundments....if it'd be worth his while enough to do it? Probably not, but the western and SW portion of this state could really pull and stage some migrating ducks and geese if farmers ever had enough of an incentive...

One or two good rains and it's back to normal. Ortonville had 7 inches the week before last.
