Bailey, the slough across from danvers WMA is pretty full again. The biggest issue with the WMA is that the state cannot / will not add any more elevation to the outlet dam. Any land owner who wants to can sue for an injunction. I think there is one other court case making its way through Clark county's courthouse right now, and it will be ruled on similarly; same judge. Not sure which slough that case is associated with though.
