Our plans were to build next summer all along. So selling it needs to be done to make room for the cabin. It's always something up there. 2 retired neighbors who are bored.

Is there 3 beds in the room with the bunk, or is the bottom of the bunk considered a two-count?

The back bunk is a single up top with a futon that converts into a bed under neath. It'll easily sleep 7 adults comfortably. Let me know if you have any more questions.
