Four sits down here this weekend and never saw a deer. Very very little shooting, heard 2 different people shoot this morning.

Looks like I will still be bow hunting!

I didn't hear a single shot in the first hour yesterday morning. Last night there wasn't a ton of shooting but heard one volley of 7 shots and one of 11 shots. I mean, really? Won't be hunting at all today. Looking forward to hunting again starting probably next weekend when everything settles down a bit and hopefully return to a little normalcy. Looking forward to some cooler temps one of these days to see whether my food plot (radishes more than anything else) is actually going to benefit them and be used during day light.

I was out chasing mallards this weekend adjacent to a large chunk of public ground and surrounded by private farms. Very, very little shooting..... we shot more at ducks than the surrounding area did at deer :D

I won't be out chasing 'tails again until after this coming weekend.... and if our greenheads stick around, maybe even longer.

Not sure if that's my deer looks way smaller in this pic. Still alive as of last thursday. Didn't see anything. That walk reminds me of spring snow Goose hunting. Luckily looks like should freeze thursday

Just seems like this one is much older and larger. Top one seems younger, I want to pass younger deer up. So hard to tell if it's angle of what

Did some looking, think its the same deer. If you look at his right side he has a tiny little nub coming up right by the tip, visible in both pics. Just crazy camera games I guess

I'm saying same deer based on his right G3.

Dang nice rack for a younger looking buck.
