clover seed got expensive, $35 for a 1/2 acre bag, that would add up.

this is the same corn plot as my previous pic. it got about 5 to 6 ft. tall, looks like cobs will be about 4 inchers. 2 acres of this should be plenty to hold deer through November.

^^^ looks like it could work. I used to use a section of old scaffolding with plywood and hay bales on top

They work great. Warehouse racking. Solid as a rock and goes quick once you get the concrete footings done...

Yessir, She's fastened by turnbuckles to I-bolts that are lodged into four concrete footings that go ~4 feet into the ground. The wooden frame is screwed right to the racking. Rock solid.
