Here it was greening up slow, I did not mow my lawn until after the fishing opener. Usually the 1st cut is the 1st week of May.

I hope he gets it bailed today as widespread rain is coming for the weekend.

I heard that the I-90 corridor area got nailed earlier tonight. And more rain on the way. A lot of storm damage in the Fairmont area too per Justin. Lots of 2-3" amounts down there. Just S of Sioux Falls they had 6"

And the Intl Falls area has record high river flooding up there.

I had 1.25" the other night, while Bloomingtom had 3.6" with 68MPH winds.

I got another 1/2" tonight. Squish, squish, squish sound as I walk in the grass on the hill side.

Mankato got 4" last night. SW Mn had 1-2" in some places.

Sioux Falls area in a narrow band had 3-6"

I took a good drive yesterday while looking for a truck. Many fields nothing had sprouted and some not planted yet on the Hwy 12 corridor to Cokato. The best was the sands of Montecillo-Big Lake area, one field had knee high corn. Toward Nowthen, Isanti, to Wyoming was planted but just shoots to 6" up for the corn,

Reports I got this morning.

Wanda - 2.5"
New Ulm - 3"
Lamberton - 0.2"
Fulda - 1.7"

Only 10 miles separate Lamberton and Wanda.
