All good points! But my best way to say away from them road/radio jockeys is to do like I did! Get on of those high $$ two ways so you can talk with guys 10 miles apart and leave it on scan! That way you know where " they are" and where not to be if you are trying to spot and stock.
You can bad mouth a mans gun, his shooting, and his women but bad mouth his dog them's fighting words.

I've been talking to the DNR and it sounds like they may do one of their decoys stings pretty soon. Farmers are furious...
Ask Al how to successfully nest wood ducks, see you next season.

Shooting out of vehicles and trespassing. They trespass when they pick up the coyotes.

Pretty sure you can legally retrieve your downed game on private land, so it has to be shooting from a vehicle or shooting onto private land

You are correct, you can retrieve an animal on private property, I don't believe you need to ask if you can see the animal, but it is general frowned upon not to ask the owner to go retrieve it.

If it's posted, you have to let them know before hand. They cannot forbid you, but you are correct that it's common courtesy to go speak with them first. Don't know many farmers who like being woke at 2am to say you are going to go retrieve a pest though

These guys hunt during the daylight, farmers will not give permission to retrieve coyotes, they encourage the calling of the game warden. That way the warden can see that they did not have permission and they shot from the vehicle/road.
