As if I needed another thing to do, but once I got started I found it to be fairly relaxing. I am thinking about putting a few together for some Christmas gifts, does anyone know where I can find some broken tip rod blanks? I know Cabelas in rogers used to have a bucket of assorted lengths, but I hadn't seen any since they remodeled the bargain cave.

I've only done a couple ice rods so far to keep the cost down, here's one from a couple years ago:
