Ice Reports around the state

Will see how well this thread goes over - not looking for fishing hot spots or top secret information, just a simple report of lake, date and depth of ice measured. Can you tell I'm getting excited yet!?

11/27 Forest Lake - Looks completely iced over, not sure on depth yet but it's looking good!

There is 3" - 5" on the smaller lakes around the Willmar area.

Saw some guys out playing boot hockey on little green lake in chisago tonight, might have to venture out a bit this weekend.

Saw a four wheeler out on Wood Lake this afternoon, not sure on ice conditions though.

Surprisingly no one fishing north side of pelican in wright county Wednesday evening on my way out bow hunting. There was a house out on a different small lake I can see from my deer stand. I'm sure guys will be on Pelican today.

At least 3" on Starring lake in Eden Prairie this AM I was walking and the ice did not crack--and I am not a light weight either!

Kids were skating on the ponds yesterday.

Saw a handful of people out on Big Marine this morning, I think it's almost time for a tip-up derby!

There is 5 - 6 inches off of the north access on big marine. Quite a few people fishing the north arm when I went midday.
