Should be accurate when not logged in - unfortunately this software doesn't let me change it automatically for registered members.
You'll have to go into your User Control Panel -> Board Settings and turn on DST there. Then turn it off again this fall.
Will see if I can modify it and make it automatic for everyone, no promises though
