No, ridiculously right-handed. But i'll hold a fish either way. Incidentally the way the bump board was laid, left hand in the face when in the back of the boat, right hand when in the front.

I only assume you're referring to fish grip.

Yep I was. Those are some good sized fish to be holding with you non-dominate hand. I was just curious.

biggest was 45 but I wasn't holding it. Almost always grab the jaw with my left though. Not sure why.

Yup, did all the goose we got on Saturday. Half a bbq flavored jerky and half a not as hot as I thought it would be jerky.

Goose jerky is awesome but kind of a pain in the ass. What kind of dehydrator do you have and how long did each batch take? I need to get a better/bigger one before I make some again. Last time I made it I had 15 geese to do and it took me all week.

Get a grinder and a commercial sized dehydrator. I have a 10 tray and can fit 5 pounds of ground jerky shot through a jerky gun onto 9 trays. Does batches in 4-6 hours so if I'm around l day I can do 10 pounds a day.
