The hen in my backyard took awhile to get offended and leave. She just kept clucking. She almost got rolled, I hadn't had breakfast yet.... and I was hungry.

Rain for tomorrow evening, so it'll be time to go pick up 8 dz night crawlers for the Opener to save $24-32.

Am I the only 1 that still picks crawlers up off the ground for fishing?

Hell no. We get the kids into it then give them to my father in-law. He's full retired and can make sure they don't turn to dust like mine always do.

You get crawlers in your yard this early in the spring?

Last year was the first time I picked my yard. I would get 3 - 4 dozen in 15 minutes. If I wasn't so slow on the grab I'd catch 100 in that much time.
