Flock. Hopefully there is more doves coming behind them for the Opener on Monday. I guess I may have to put out the big spread and pray for migrators.

Lots of good sized flocks of doves showing up in southern mn.

Earlier this week I noticed that the Sumacs are starting to turn near my house. That is a good 2 weeks early. I hope that is a not a harbinger of an early winter.... especially after a 2 week closure of the duck season in the S zone. Hmmm... can you say "30 day open water season" ?

What we need is another 3/30day season to weed out all the dipshats. Could you imagine the cheap gear you could accumulate!

Have you perused craigslist lately for gear? It's clearly an honor to purchase these guys' gear since they sell it at retail if not higher

I have seen some absurdly priced decoys on there, but every now and then there is a good deal.

Craigslist logic: new GHG pros are $120 per half dozen.... My 20 year Flambeaus should be worth $120 per dozen.... they have weights already!

Craigslist have beeen rediculous recently. Like $22 a bigfoot crazy. Or the 9 Super Mag G&H's shells $200.

Craigslist is a joke.

As is the MN DNRs grasp of what Waterfowlers want.
