Them are always fun. Hope you did some really good water proofing, this summer has been ridiculous with people having water pour into their basements through egress windows. Did one ladys house 3 times in 1 month

I hope I did good water proofing too... My house is built high on all sand - never had water problems at all. I tied in my egress wells to the foundation drain tile with downspouts and crushed rock. So hopefully any water that enters the well will flow right down to the main drain tile.
Time will tell.
But now I have a legitimate 4-bedroom house, so that's nice.

Looked bigger than Baby Backs, smoked some St. Louis style ribs yesterday but the baby backs are way better.......
