Lanyard I like the idea of using our military resources to battle this. Do you think our government is avoiding that to protect the military from being infected creating a national security issue?

My relative is an officer in the military and on deployment in a domestic base. He said the base is completely shut down. No one allowed in or out. He says it feels like he is in prison. He is getting close to the end of his mission but has concerns his deployment will be extended to keep his troop in quarantine. Can’t bring in replacements because they may be infected.

Nothing with this whole ordeal seems right. Maybe it’s just that something like this hasn’t happened in my life time.

I do know I bought a new snow blower about a month ago and I’d lime to use it once yet.

The local cenex station had milk this morning at 5 on the way to work. All 3 of us in line grabbed a gallon.

A company in town gave 20 or so people a 30-60 day notice.

Stopped at quick trip on the way home and grabbed some bread and another gallon of milk. Everyone in line had some of each but nothing excessive and everybody was civil.

Side note, I’ve got a sore throat and what feels like a slightly tight chest/breathing.

Now what?

Check mate...

A serious question:

I keep hearing that there is a 10 to 14 day incubation period BEFORE you show any symptoms.

So at what point in that time frame does a person become contagious?

As I have yet to hear any solid info on that at all, and I've spent over a day reading about CV19 in the last week.

Anyone know?

Whole things pretty crazy... we are really in a bad spot. Lots of history being made. Unfortunately much of it negativity

I go back to my very first post on this thread about seeing Trump's body language and lack of enthusiasm etc during that address...kinda makes sense now lol. Hindsight is 20/20 right?
