Reminds me when I had to crawl under a trailer house mid winter because the pipe popped off and they kept partying even night for over a month. Feet of yellow ice, turds, rubbers and tampons and me army crawling with a garden hose hooked to hot water trying to thaw the sewer pipe out so I could hook it back up.

On the bright side after I get back to the shop I was told to go home, shower and take the rest off paid because the boss was gagging from the smell.

10th boat on Lake Riley @ 7:00 a.m.... don't these yuppies have better things to do than squat my spots?

Making it work in my "classic" 17' Crestliner Nordic. Family is getting too big, adding friends to every trip. Not often I catch solo time on the boat. Likely the last year we own this champ and join the ass hats.... but I will stand my ground, no I/O!

So, this post isn't about the fish, it's about the progression of becoming a wanker.

You need to drive an extra half hour or so and find a little dink of a lake that everyone just passes by. Some of my best fishing has been on those types of lakes.

^^^^^ I've been fishing my kayak more and more. Going to turn one of those sash weights into a kayak anchor.

Most of my fishing is on small lakes in the "gap" between resort areas: clean water, a few hundred acres, 1/2 or more undeveloped shoreline, and retired people with pontoons.

Couldn't believe with the water this morning there weren't wake boards and skiers.
