I was just trying to explain to some urban blue hairs and lefties that natives are not forced to be on reservations and they live there because they don't have to pay taxes, have their own laws, free healthcare/food/power/gas and generally don't have to listen to the feds. It's not as good as I thought it'd be, but it's better in S 1/2.
Forecast is for 1 to 2" in west central MN today/night. 3/4" for E central.
Most important is that the eastern Dakota's and N MN are getting some rain.
