Man my yard is still raped. I forgot I fertilized this spring...then it got super dry and I wasn't gonna water all summer... hopefully comes back I burned it bad. Completely forgot about the fertilizer lol

It is still dry af in the north. I am seriously considering heading south and west in MN to hunt this fall. Most of the shallow sloughs you cannot get a small boat in to. Still mud flats. The ones you can are bigger water that are usually stacked in the first half of the season with the mud motor and surface drive fegs having a dong measuring contest on who has the brightest light bar. I try to avoid those places.

We got 2.5” on Monday.

Our duck lake is way way low so we stuck a blind about 100 yards out on the sand bar compared to our permanent blinds.

If the lake comes up a couple inches we’ll have to pull the temporary blind.

Will be interesting to see how much rain we get this fall. I’d like to see the lake keep dropping and then get two feet of snow at thanksgiving to winterkill the fish.

Red Lake got over 3," we got 2.3" here over three days, the driest part of the state has gotten a lot of rain. We're going to see a big drop.
