Lots of juicy details, including acre kendall calling his dad right after it happened and the dad not notifying authorities. Still think the homicide charges should be dismissed but he should probably be charged with some lesser crimes.

Yup. Acquitted or not, he killed a guy. Civil suit will then focus on how he caused all this suffering on the family and the dead guy's kids and they need to go to college. The families attorney's will estimate the kid's actions lost $1.2 million in future earnings. And while they agree the deceased was partially responsible for his death, the kid owes XX% for is involvement... plus attorney fees of course.
