What % of the population would you guess has contracted covid now...50%?

Officially it's around 51 mil cases...15% of the population. But there's gotta be droves that are asymptomatic, light symptoms never got tested, or got sick after having a close family member test positive and knew there was no reason to go get a test.

If we can infect another 25% of the population this go round I think we are done with it

2 weeks prior it was 1% in MN, last week 95% of new cases were Omicron

Yes. Your body's natural immune system is going to be much more versatile when fighting general covid once it has created it's own antibodies to it.

Covid is covid to a certain degree.

Well, hunted north of 12 in the morning, there was a lot more snow up that way and the birds were either picking in open fields or piled into cattails. Saw a good number of birds at the first two spots.

3rd spot was further south, nearer to Canby, less snow down there. Went to a spot I had luck at earlier in the year, and I will be a monkey’s uncle, barely even saw a damn track in the snow, didn’t even see a single hen. By the end of that spot it was about sundown so that was it for the day.


I also have Covid according to the home test so that’s super rad. Just in time for the holidays! Don’t feel super terrible just got a mild cough and don’t feel the best. I suppose I could only roll around on a mat with sweaty dudes for long so before I got the covids.
