Didn't apply was maybe going to just buy one over the counter....not sure if my Dad and his buddy want to go again though by Mazeppa so may be solo in the NW metro.

Dad just called me over to take pictures of one he called in for an ol timer tonight. 26 pounds, 11" beard and 1 1/4" spurs.

I heard a good one over the weekend. Some guy that never turkey hunted before went out by himself on Saturday. heard a gobble from the road at first light, walked to the general direction and waited to hear it again. The bird pitches down off the roost rite in front of him, shoots a 26# 1 1/2 spurs old tom. luck
