Stupid question, is that a legitimate concern? Tounge trap? I'm not a trapper but have thought about getting a license and a couple dog proofs and setting them in my woods for coons, catching my dummy dogs by accident is a real concern. I'd like to catch and skin a couple coons, a couple pelts would look cool hanging in the corner by my mounts, and i got plenty living on my property. I don't wanna get my dogs by accident. Like I said, stupid question by a potential newb trapper.

How did this clown get a booth at Game Fair? If your dog sticks his tounge in a dog-proof trap and gets caught, he was trying too hard. I feel bad for anyone whose dog gets killed by a trap, and I have lost a dog to a trap myself. This new anti-trapping kick by so called sportman is a shame, and I don't think there is any place for it at an event like game fair. I didn't see anyone there with a booth to ban dogs from WIA land. This land was made available for sportsmen to use, not dogs. Most of the dogs this guy has pictures of look to have been dead for a long time, not caught a few minutes ago while hunting with their owners. Maybe we should ban water on state land next, I would bet that more dogs die from algea in a year than do from traps.

Game Fair has been loosing my interest over the last few years as it is, but after seeing that they will let this kind of person spread misinformation to the already weak minded public, I will not be attending it ever again. Next year you will probably see PETA booths every third tent.

Im may go see Matt Disotell, he's the only one that doesnt have 1,000 bands around his neck. So he must be in it for the sport. And since when did chad work for maxxed out?

Guys - I suggest that you should email/write to Armstrong kennels and file a complaint to them (include booth name of vender) about the vender spreading misinformation. Tell then they should be immediately banned or you will not be ever be returning to GF. Include your name and address so they know it is a bonafide complaint.

Half the people pedaling products at the game fair probably spread misinformation about products.

Maxx outdoors: parent company of "banded" waterfowl junk. Not to be confused with lac qui parle bell ringing.
