Minnesota Waterfowl Hunting

Hoping the weather sends the tourists home and prevents other tourists from coming up!

I’m planning to check around for ducks in the morning and keep the rifle close by. Maybe take the rifle for a walk tomorrow and then do some sitting over the weekend.

I reckon they’ll be on their feet Saturday

them terrorists or i mean tourists are the worst. if you want to see more fisherman stacked close together then a reef on mille lacs in the 90's look up combat fishing on the kenai!

All terrorist/tourists are bad but at least the amateur fishermen aren’t toting 30.06’s

Fuk deer hunting. I’m gonna hunt ducks solo this weekend. One last hurrah. Fuk the gas prices. Probz won’t kill shit but whatever. I like one miserable morning a year in the cold.

Nice! Looks like we gonna be locked up pretty tight end of next weekend. Was hoping to get dog out one more time after deer hunting but not looking likely. Maybe try a field hunt but not sure how'd he do on that

Had a buck I think I should have shot yesterday morning but had very lil time to decide, get gun shouldered try to tell how big he was etc. Even at 45 yards I have a hard time telling...not sure why. I mean I had about 5 seconds to dissect it all. But as he walked away definitely regretted it think he was pretty big. Shooting left handed etc just get so nervous about wounding and losing one. Oh well probably another deer less year, got family in town but maybe try to sit on my property tomorrow for last day

Rough day on the water but the fields provided. Should have had 6 but well…. my buddies dog is kind of despicable sometimes. More than a few birds flushed out of range.
