Only thing I hate is the vehicle covered in dew in the morning and not being able to see...time to start parking in the garage again.

Low 40s this morning in south Dakota. All the teal and doves are migrating in droves.

Had 51 degrees post on the car outside of Fergus, warmed up to 53 in town.

The teal are definitely flocking. No idea where they are coming from, but it's more than family groups.

In Chanhassen the nightly roost flight into MN River Valley has been picking up, still mostly family groups of mallards. haven't seen the migrating flocks yet, but haven't been around much the last two weeks. Get on the other side of Labor Day and the nightly "show" will increase numbers.

I'm getting hungry.

Flock. Hopefully there is more doves coming behind them for the Opener on Monday. I guess I may have to put out the big spread and pray for migrators.

They must have came from Canada. They held their YWD and early goose season and it pushed the birds out.
