Minnesota Waterfowl Hunting

All the BWT leaving with this cold weather.

Thankfully we do not have an early teal season since we would kill too many ducks.

Already in Texas according to ducks unlimited report. Meant they already left before the cold weather.

Think of all the ducks MN just stockpiled for next year. It's gotta be like a hundred or more!

It gives me the warm fuzzies to know that our DNR sponsors the southern hunters with our teal....that is just right "neighborly."

You wouldn't trust the state to manage your retirement fund. Don't let em manage your wetlands/waterfowl either.

I wrote Mr. Cordts he actually wrote back. He blew smoke about not having time to get ask the public and to get the sneak blinds set up. He never did respond to my reply. I will give him some credit for the reply which is more than I can say for Paul Telander who still hasn't replied. I guess they don't like to hear someone tell them we should start listening to the feds who have all the numbers, data and biologist and not listen to a few special interest groups like MWA and the public who are suppose to know more that the trained professionals.

Did you ask cordts how the other states had the ability to say yes? I mean I'm sure they had the same amount of time to prepare. What's the best way to ask the public? Offer it and count out how many effin licenses you sold.

No surprise really. They did the same with the 3 a day Wood duck season. They have a wait and see attitude.

Except all the mallards missing their primaries yet, and the woodies I've seen in the last couple days out scouting and busting trails.
