He admitted to smoking pot right before taking a drug test, which is a violation of his terms for bond.

The guy is burning down his own house by his actions. The courts will indeed use it against him for his fitness of his actions this past few years at trial and use it for establishing fitness to be with his kids in the future.

How can someone be that stupid? Or is he that arrogant? Or does he not care? Or all 3?

News flash - The "brothers" always get arrested by the cops for it. Maybe it's because they are smoking it all the time. Kind of like so called "profiling" by cops, well if 75% of the burglaries are by Blacks in that precinct, well, yes 75% of the perps arrested will be Black. No different like in eastern Los Angeles or southern TX where if 75% of the crimes are by Hispanics, 75% of the perps arrested would be Hispanic. Between AP and the spousal abuse, I think the NFL is facing a crisis to the extent that there will be in the next 6 months a huge overhaul of NFL policy regarding any type of abuse. It's long over due.

I agree with you on the media take; it's amazing how quickly it all changed for him and bad it got once those rose (purple?) colored glasses came off.

As far as him smoking pot, I could care less. But when you KNOW you have an upcoming drug test and smoke anyway...you're a friggin' moron.
