Expect Paul Molitor to be named the Minnesota Twins’ new manager next week.

So what do you think about him being the new coach?

Molitor is no big surprise. I was hoping the Twins would go outside the organization for the next
manager.

Good luck to Molitor as he'll need it to turn the Twins around.

I think we'll all know if it was a right move 21 to 33 months from now as it'll take at least 1.5 seasons for the fruit to bear, and more like the 3rd season to see how well they are doing with him at the helm.

I'm indifferent on the signing. There was about as good of a chance of them going outside of the organization as the Pohlad's opening up the pocket book and signing a big name free agent pitcher.

Monitor is more of a Brewer than a Twin. I bet he's an awesome manager.

We moved on from the dude that won manager of the year last year, a guy that had a lot of success as a player getting his three-thousandth hit while wearing a Twins uniform, won several gold gloves, and was a hell of a ball player all-around, a HOF'er, a man that grew up as a kid in the Saint Paul, our capital city, a guy that had an impressive college career with the Gophers, and we moved on from him.....

....to hire some random guy named "Rocco."

there is 1 person to blame for the Twins past season - and it is not Molitor - look at the head office for who is and he still has his job.
