Has anyone else noticed Fouler has gotten funnier?

His new footer about Lanyard is pretty dang funny and seemingly original. I can't really think of any other examples verbatim but have noticed he is throwing out some pretty good zingers lately.

Here are some possibilities and maybe Al can chime in on his new attitude.
- he has hired a writer
- he has started drinking again/puffing trees
- he was so unfunny before anything is funny in comparison

Anyone else noticed this as well? He seems a little lighter on his feet, not quite so serious.......maybe he found out who FF is and kicked his ass, I don't know. Seems like he is in a pretty good mood these days?

I think he's definitely funnier but I found him pretty funny before at times.

My theory is that he realized that this site represents the Swan song for MN duck hunting forums and that attracting a bunch of new and younger members will never happen. So why not enjoy the banter?

Looking at a computer screen, reading words, then formulating sentences on a keyboard would be pretty much impossible if you did any of those... especially the mushroom part. But it would make you giggle for about 6 hours. I wouldn't doubt for a second that Fowler is just a giant pothead. He has a lot of aches and pains from all those years of working so hard ya know, but its easily managed by chiefing fat bowls.

Ahhh mushrooms, so much fun. I'm trying to get some booms for trout opener. Always awesome to be walking around streams in bluff country.
