Lion and Walleyes

It looks like I found a new dentist in Bloomington. Talk about pitchfork nation, the hooplah over the death of this single friggin' lion is ridiculous.
Almost as ridiculous as Governor Goofy calling a special session to address the walleye decline in Mille Lacs.
If the lake bottomed out like this for a few years in the sixties (which for all I know it might have...probably did) would anyone care?
A few years of low numbers and slower fishing isn't that big of a deal. Typical modern day knee her reaction to every minor problem.
