I noticed that MNFowl started this in September of 2012. Did you see the writing on the wall for that long at TOS before officially launching this site a couple days ago?

Nope - none of this existed prior to Sunday afternoon. I think you're looking at the registration date for the admin account? That's just the default from the installation package used for the forum software.
