Joe Hoppe - One of the few members of the Minnesota state house of representatives who is an avid duck hunter. Good dude.

Not sure of the menu, I've been too busy to attend many meetings. I know it's a buffet, probably chicken or beef.

How about some jerky for appetizers and grilled duck breasts wrapped in bacon as the main course? Maybe some of our "Food Porn" guys could chime in here.
