Sad day taking everything down but with warmer temps and 3 hrs away...not gonna be easy to keep up on collecting and boiling before spoilage is a concern. Fun season though

We did maple syrup this year again. Trees budded out down here April 10th. Was a long season. Ended up with 160 finished gallons.

Had 500 taps on vacuum lines into ibf totes. Had some incredible runs 1500 gallons of sap in a day. We reverse osmose our sap. sometimes twice as we were getting behind. nearly ran out of wood for our evaporator. made for some long overnights of running the evaporator into the early mornings.

Made a bunch of different flavors this year.
