To me.

I suggested through their website that they google hellbender boats in an effort to update there own products.

I have like 4 carsten's boats from when I GAF enough to drag boats......so I actually lived in Melrose for a very short stint and stopped in there and said "hey I have 4 or 5 of your boats, just wanted to say "hi" and inquire if you have any seconds or stuff laying around you want to dump, I'm a big fan of your product" They were super condescending, not sure who I even spoke with but total dick weed.
