I went flyfishing in SEMeN (I'm gay). Fishing was very good caught lots of trout, not super big ones but one really nice one. Will hopefully get out on a lake on memorial day weekend.

I wonder how the legendary Bullet21XD fared on opener, since it was combined with bass opener??? Hmmmmmmm.....

My report from leech was that walleye fishing was slow but crappie was decent enough. Emily Area panfish was very good.

Neighbor did horrible on mille lacs and he fishes the lake a lot typically does pretty good

I went walleye fishing on Mille Lacs. We pounded them!! I thought about keeping everything we caught and filling the boat...FF style, but remembered I don't like eating freshwater fish enough to bother cleaning them.
Bass and crappie fishing has been stellar so far. The weather has sucked, but fishing has been good.

Anyone know if the private access on the east side of Clearwater lake in wright county is still open? Used to crush walleye out there back at college grad days which is along time ago now...but gf has never caught a walleye and been thinking of trying to hit up some of my spots and get her one one of these weekends. Clearwater was my first choice as I'd regularly boat a lot of fish out there in an evening
