I have a buddy who likes to play tabs, especially when he’s in Garrison. I have participated twice. Once we ended up $600 to the good- $300 each- and I was like “whoa it’s easy to see why this is addicting” and the next time we ended up losing $175 each or so and I was like… “NOPE”

I think some people are inherently luckier than others and have a gambling gift. I’m not one of them. Risk averse!

Been quite a while...5+years. Only ever did it very sporadically...usually hunting trips or the off night out with the boys for dinner and drinks. Best time was at the Great American Innin Devil's lake...they had tgst lil casino room with tabs. Our first spring snow goose trip we paid for the entire 5 day trip and walked away with money.

I think I'm going to start scamming 'tabs. I know several dealers now.....seems like a pretty easy thing to scam. All you have to do is have them tell you when a box is above the profit margin and you literally can't lose, as long as you've got the funds to play the box out and are extremely confident of other players not jumping in. Whatever winners are left in the box are yours....if you get lucky and pull them sooner than later.....while there's still a couple hundred tabs left in the box, you'll come out several hundred ahead every time.
