I was more saying if a wolf was in Minneapolis roaming yards. Comparing the two.

They probably still wouldn't want it but... everything gets more real to these people when it's right in their faces.

I think normal people would say “shoot the bear or wolf in my urban neighborhood, it belongs up north and not in the cities”

I’d turn my dog loose to chase it out of the yard while I put away my bird feeder and garbage cans and not worry about it

Talked with an old lady in Mahtomedi that had a bear in her backyard. She called DNR and they said bring in garbage and bird feeders and it should move on by itself.

I was skeptical because I’m skeptical of most people but her bird feeder pole was indeed bent in half.
