So did anyone get into the Walleyes on Opnr?

I didn't even go. Just too much stuff to do and dislike fishing in the rain. Was going to go trout fishing yesterday morning - that got nixed after a call for help from an aquintance. Oh well...

Crappies were in the bite last week on Tonka.

So how did you all do?

Limited out in a few hours for four of us and let another 30 or so go. First time on the soft water for me this year. Probably been 15 years since walleye opener was the first time out. Probably gonna hit superior next weekend for some salmons and trouts.

I didn't go we made 100 lbs brats Saturday. I'm not a hardcore fisherman though haven't been out on opener in a long time.

dad did good at the cabin limits of decent sized fish and let a few slot fish and a few biggins go. They were getting them off the dock as well. I remember 1 year that we never left the dock because the fishing was awesome. I think we had 6 people throwing lighted bobbers out and someone was pulling in a fish every few minutes. Sometimes i miss the fishing down there. the variety of fish you catch in lakes up here sucks.

My west central MN bass hole did not disappoint on opener. Didn’t fish real long but caught a few nice ones.

I was going to go out at 12:01am but ended up fukcing this hot chick off tinder all night....sucked my dick for at least two hours....probably the best head of my life....the upside to doing speed is you can fukc all night, but the downside is that sometimes you're late for opener. My younger brother bailed and I would've been the only one at the cabin so I wasn't in a rush. Hit Mille Lacs around 7pm Saturday and caught some fish. A buddy and his chick came up at....think they showed up at 3:30am Sunday and we hit Mille Lacs again, launched at 11am. Didn't see anyone boat a walleye on the North side and it was damn near bumper boats on the first break, but it was midday....wind out of the East.....so we pulled chalks and headed down by the casino to put a hurting on the snallies.

All in all? An exceptional opener....kinda sorta dating the tinder chick now.

Awesome smallie felon. I’d like to fish mille lacs for them again. Been probably 15 years back when smallies were just becoming a thing out there.

Trouts and salmons were tough for us but walleyes were poppin. Fish coming in the 27 club dying like Joplin, Hendrix and cobain. Well the king27’d anyway.
