Looks like a smoker for teal season. 94 on Saturday and 99 on Sunday for the temps.

I’ll be out there for sure. Will be hard to relive last years success but it will be fun to get out there.

Hmm forgot that was here already kinda thought about going this year, but told dad id help him with end of summer stuff at the cabin. Could sneak out Tues or Weds closer to home. Sounds good to say but probably won't go. Good luck!

I went last year did not have very good luck. No time to scout just guessed on a spot and it wasn't very good. I will be going on regular opener but to much going on this weekend and hot out. 100 on sunday.

Temps are getting decent in the evenings since the humidity is pretty low.
Got 12 this morning between two of us. Got two more buddies coming out tomorrow. Surprise surprise they’re willing to make the drive after I’ve already found them.

Good job. Yeah it doesn't seem to terribly hot the humidity is low. How were the mosquitoes?

Mosquitos were not bad. Some but nothing bad.
High school kids beat me to my spot this morning!!!!!!!!
We got there a 4:50 thinking we would be there way too early and well……. I was wrong.
We had to hunt the same pothole we hunted yesterday and got 5, while listening to the high schoolers absolutely light them up.
Such is life. When I think back to my high school days, if I found that many ducks, I’d probably make sure I beat out every else to the spot too.
I’m on my way back to the south metro now, and the heat is MUCH worse today. No desire to putz around and jump sloughs at all.
