I'll be out there messing around in the extreme western edge of Minnesota. I really hate duck hunting in the rain. I feel like I never kill sh!t in anything more than a drizzle.

I can always walk around and jump shoot, which is likely what I'll end up doing. Still too warm to bring a fishing pole I think.

Yep jump shooting could be the ticket if it's raining to hard. Sitting in the rain stinks.

I won’t sit in a hard steady rain. Thankfully the radar and hourly forecast generally helps me avoid that misery.

Yep out west but I will miss Saturday morning.
Will get there about 1pm. Hunt the evening and sunday. Supposed to be windy so I think it should still be OK in the afternoon.

I really wish they would have kept the 4pm closure at the start of the season. I was in favor of a lot of the changes they made but that wasn’t one of them.

I'm gonna half ass it again this year...go out Thursday make a trail to the blind throw out decoys...hope for the best and that the dog has fun in wright county

He's the main reason I go. I can't fugging see so why would I put in the effort to find/set up in a good spot...get up early go through the work to hit 30% by myself

He has fun running a half mile back there and smelling everything. I have fun watching him. Whatever birds we see/I get jacks him up.

He's more of an upland lab he just has the time of his life running around. Don't matter if birds or not. But I do my best waterfowl wise within my own drive since I'm worthless now.
