If she's legitimately that stupid....scratch that....they're all stupid enough to warrant scrapping the project altogether and sticking with the flag we had. I don't have much faith in any decisions they've ever reached after watching them in action for only four minutes.
That was just for the new state seal, not even for the flag. I can’t imagine what that sh!t show looks like.
