Yep though right now Florida is not a great option. All your savings would be eaten up by insurance costs. Texas would be a better move imo.

I've thought about it and not ruling it out...she's got a cousin up there too. But if I was gonna move somewhere different a big part of that would be to be in a warmer climate in winter

Not to mention the trading hours would be absolutely brutal. Here my broker allows me to trade at 6 am up there it'd prob be 2-3 AM I'm guessing? Routines can always be changed I guess just can't imagine going to bed by ,7 pm to get up especially because I'm more of a night person

Yeah 3 hour change from mn to here. Anchirage area or further south typically has milder winters then mn due to proximity to the ocean.
