To be really real, they’d be tracking down your IP address as suspect number one.

Due to the aorta damage his blood pressure was way too high they had to artificially control his blood pumping. Apparently a cardio specialist has a plan to address his heart damage

But...sounds like he's aware what's going on, opens his eyes some and doctors performed cognitive tests and as of now they think his brain is probably ok...when they tell him to do things like put a thumb up etc he hears it and can do it.

He wants to rip the tube out of his throat so apparently he's strapped to the bed but that might come out early next week and see if he starts talking a bit

I thinks it's still touch and go but a lot more positive looking than a couple days ago.

Apparently there's video of the whole thing etc his son has already tracked down from the store. Someone gonna be in trouble with this whole thing.

What a bad trauma? What store did it happen at so I know to avoid there.

I guess this wasn't quite as random as the first details I had

A delivery driver was at the controls of the lift gate when he struck and folded the guy up.

I guess it was like one on the 40' long flatbeds and the controls for the gate were in the front of the truck...I always thought they were in the back so you could keep an eye on things?

My understanding is the guy basically finished his delivery and was at the front of the truck at the controls...it's one of those fold under lift gate types. So it swung down with the full force of the hydraulics smearing the guy into the pavement as it "clawed" it's way back up underneath the truck. Guy had no clue at the front of the truck it was happening so the lift made it's full range of motion folding up and as it raised up underneath then released the guy

I dunno the guys not an idiot, there were no cones or anything out so I'm guessing the truck was all closed up just sitting there and it just looked like a parked truck and as he walked by the driver started pressing the controls. Still a little weird to me you couldn't get outta the way unless there was a mechanical malfunction but I haven't physically watched one of those tuck under lifts operate only the fold up ones
