Also can somebody tell me what exit I take off of 494 to get to Ramada. I live in farm country &

What does "trading hotel room to room" mean? This is for we'd and Thursday. I was going to go today but I don't want to be going through hotel rooms to look at it.

What does "trading hotel room to room" mean? This is for we'd and Thursday. I was going to go today but I don't want to be going through hotel rooms to look at it.

Room to Room is where the pre-show fun takes place. Basically, anyone with stuff to sell or trade leaves their hotel room door open and folks filter in and out. It's a bit social for those who know each other and it's probably less than ideal for "just looking". Some say it's where the real deals are made, because it's primarily the avid collector types that participate. Many of the room to roomers will also have tables during the regular show Friday afternoon and Saturday.

What does "trading hotel room to room" mean?

This is where the serious buying and selling takes place for the collectors.
Friday everyone is set up in the main room but to get in you have to be a member ($15) - note the 6PM auction on Fri, as I've seen some good deals.
Sat is open to public for viewing in the main room. ($2 suggested donation for person).

It's right off 494 at 24th ave (or 24th st, not sure on the street description, but it's 24th). Inbetween the highway and the mall of America.

Thanks Goldfish. I appreciate the help. I better do one of those Google map deals or I'll probably
get lost. I one advantage about getting old is if your old & driving a Suburban people get the hill
out of your way in Mpls.
