Rules of Conduct
1. No discussion of any intended illegal activity or threats of violence.
2. No use of explicit, racist, obscene or vulgar language, images or messages.
3. No posts that attack, insult, flame, defame, or abuse others. This applies to companies in the industry as well.
4. No SPAM. This means creating an account for the sole purpose of pushing a company or product.
5. Trolling and/or Rumor mongering is prohibited.
6. Ban evasion is not allowed, and will result in continued banning of additional accounts.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Minnesota Waterfowl” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Minnesota Waterfowl Hunting” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Minnesota Waterfowl” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Any violation of the above rules or terms of service may result in a warning, temporary or permanent ban depending on severity of the offense. This is solely up to the discretion of the acting moderator or site staff reviewing the content.
